We’re making a small adjustment to our office hours to better support both our clients and our team. From the 9th of February 2026, our customer support hours will be 9:00am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday.
While you may notice the phones and our physical office close an hour earlier, our team will still be working beyond this time. The final hour of each day is now dedicated to focusing on outstanding emails, urgent requests, follow-ups, and end-of-day task completion. This change allows our staff to close the loop on the day’s work more efficiently, respond more thoroughly, and reduce delays that can occur when tasks roll over to the following morning.
What this means for you:

You can continue to contact us as usual between 9am and 4pm.

All enquiries received later than that will still be actioned in order of priority

Urgent matters will always be prioritised
- After hours service recommendations will kick in from 4pm
