Our people are our greatest strength, whether that is delivering strata management services or working together as a team to bring our values to life and ESM’s company vision to fruition.

ESM Leadership Team

The ESM Leadership team has significant combined experience that covers Strata Management, property development, culture, people and finance. The team includes Jake Kneebone, one of WA’s leading experts in the strata community, who has been actively involved in the industry for more than 30 years.

Although your property may be represented by one specific Strata Manager at ESM, they are part of a larger Strata Team who support each other to ensure you receive the best service and most relevant advice when you require it. Our Strata Management team is led by a dedicated team leader who is able to provide additional support and training to the team when required.

ESM Customer Service & Support Team

The CS&S team provides support in both administration and accounts to customers, suppliers and ESM staff. This team works closely with councillors and owners in some of the daily running and activities of their Strata Companies including providing communications to proprietors and handling invoices and work orders for maintenance work.

ESM Strata Environmental Team

The Environmental team focus on the environmental impact of the ESM Strata workplace and implement efficiencies that positively impact our footprint. The team has now moved its focus to supporting ESM Strata to make positive change in their schemes.

The Education team has spearheaded the implementation of the ESM Knowledgebase. The knowledgebase contains hundreds of answers, procedures and case studies that support staff when they need it. It is an invaluable resource to the team.

ESM Strata Social Club

The Social Club is executing the planning of extracurricular activities for the office to bring our employees closer on a personal level in a more relaxed environment. Social club also partakes in fundraisers for charity events and works in conjunction with the environmental team to bring awareness to sustainable initiatives.

ESM Strata’s Team Leaders focus on supporting the needs and efficiencies of the Strata Company Managers and Customers Service and Support team. The Team Leaders are a conduit for the communication between the team members, stakeholders, Leadership team and importantly ESM Strata’s clients.

Our Specialist Team is a group of experienced Strata Managers that use their advanced Strata Titles Act knowledge and experience in the industry to support team members with difficult questions and strata issues.
