“From my perspective when ESM took over the complex it was in disarray and there had been no real direction/guidance with regard to by-laws. In some cases no understanding of them or how to apply them. We had no Council of Owners and our finances were in a terrible mess with so many owners at the time in arrears. We were nearly broke. This is not the case now.
Through the guidance of ESM more so Gonzalo I feel the we are in a much better place and I am more than happy with the services that we get.
