ESM Strata is delighted to announce that it is the winner of the CHU SCAWA 2020 Strata Community Management Large Company award this year.
The CHU SCA (WA) 2020 strata community awards, which took place on November 20th at the Crown Grand Ballroom Perth, recognise and reward those who make a significant contribution to the strata industry and community in Western Australia
The Strata Community Management Large Business award Recognises a large-scale strata community management business that has devised and implemented strategies for service excellence with a focus on staff training, professional conduct and innovation.
ESM was the recipient of the major award for introducing a number of initiatives over the last 12 months which included significant technology upgrades, training for customers and staff and a shift to a modern business structure that supports better culture and support amongst the teams.
Essay Award
This award recognises a person of influence who shares their insight, innovate ideas and knowledge through a 1000-word essay on a current topical strata issue.
We would like to congratulate Annie Fenech, the team leader of ESM Strata Management Team Diamond for winning this award for her essay entitled, “Turning Negative Customer Interactions into Proactive Dialogue”.
