ESM began as a small family business and we work hard to ensure we keep that family environment alive. Regardless of how many relationships we have within the business and with our external stakeholders we continue remain a team that are all aligned to our joint vision and purpose.
ESM utilises a teaming framework that enables us to support one another better for the benefit of our customers and other stakeholders. So even though you may be communicating with one Strata Manager who knows your property the best, they are supported by their greater strata team, a strong customer service and support team as well as a leadership team.
Most of the ESM staff members are also part of voluntary teams that support the business in other ways. For example we have an education and training team, legal team, business development team and events team who each work towards their own goals and projects to support the company.
