We are thrilled to announce that ESM Strata has received the prestigious Strata Community Management Large Business Award for 2023, presented at the CHU SCA (WA) Strata Community Excellence Awards hosted by SCAWA. This recognition is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our exceptional staff members who consistently deliver excellent service to our clients.

The CHU SCA (WA) 2023 Strata Community Excellence Awards were held on Friday, November 24, 2023. These annual awards aim to acknowledge and reward businesses and individuals for their significant contributions to the strata community in Western Australia. We are particularly proud to have stood out among the record-breaking number of nominees in this year’s program, highlighting the impressive caliber of professionals in the WA strata sector.

As part of our commitment to sustainability, ESM recently expanded its Shareholders to include four more industry leaders, a strategic move that aligns with our vision for growth and success in the future. The expansion positions us well for continued excellence and innovation in the strata community.

We extend our gratitude to the esteemed judges of the CHU SCA (WA) Strata Community Excellence Awards, including Nina Cannell HFSCM, Peter Cassels, Michael Hurley, Julie MacCarthy, Grant Mifsud, Mark Bourke CSCM, Pernille Cavanough CSCM, Emma Glazebrook CSCM, and Wal Dobrow FSSP. Their meticulous evaluation process, involving hours of reading, assessing, and interviewing, reflects the high standards upheld by the strata community in WA.

Excellence is a journey, not a destination, and these awards provide a valuable opportunity to reflect on the industry’s collective achievements. Congratulations to all our members for their outstanding contributions in 2023. We look forward to continuing this journey of excellence with our celebrated existing staff and the upcoming generation of talented team members. The future holds exciting prospects, and we are eager to build on this success.
