ESM would like to update you on measures and policies that we are taking regarding the rapidly changing situation resulting from the COVID-19 (Corona Virus) outbreak.
The ESM office
As part of managing the health, safety and wellbeing of our customers and staff members, our office is now closed and our front door will be locked.
ESM is only granting office access to essential services or those who have made an appointment. Please do not attend our office if you have travelled overseas or interstate in the past 14 days, have been around individuals who have, or if you are feeling unwell.
We have offered a working from home arrangement to all of our staff, who will have access to all of the information that they would have at the office, including access to phones. Staff will still be contactable on the office number. For staff members working from the ESM office, we have implemented strict hygiene procedures to ensure that we are taking the best possible action to protect the health of all.
Meetings (including AGM’s and General Meetings)
We have made the decision to postpone with immediate effect ALL meetings including AGM’s, general meetings and special meetings. This will be in effect from March 20, 2020 until July 2020 subject to change depending on how the situation progresses.
ESM will be in touch with you if you have a meeting scheduled during this period. Please note in due course we will notify the Owners as soon as meeting dates become available.
Keys and Access Devices
Keys will continue to be made available to contractors so as not to disrupt building management requirements; however, we will no longer be doing collections of keys or access device orders from our office. All orders will be delivered via priority post.
Our suppliers have advised that there will be a delay on device coding as they are experiencing shortages in supplies due to the majority of the materials coming from China. We request your patience until this matter normalises.
