ESM would like to update you on measures and policies that we are taking regarding the rapidly changing situation resulting from the COVID-19 (Corona Virus) outbreak.

With information changing at a rapid rate, ESM wants to be able to provide council members with information that assists them in running their strata company during this period. The ESM Office:
As part of managing the health, safety and wellbeing of our customers and staff members, our office is now closed and our front door will be locked. Many of our staff are working from home but they will still be focusing on providing you with the same, high-quality service. We do appreciate your patience if there is a delay in our response times.

Your Strata community:
ESM wants to remind everyone of the importance of community at the present time. Many of your fellow owners and residents will be practicing self-isolation and some may need assistance in performing daily tasks. If you are living on your own please remember you have a community around you to support you and someone on the end of the line at ESM if you ever want to talk.
